USAC Help Guide

TIMELINE & DEADLINES

This guide was created to create an overview of the study abroad process from start to finish. Each student’s journey is different, whether they’re exploring flight preferences or accessibility accommodations, so accept that some flexibility will be required. But, if you have the passion to go, we’ll do everything we can to get you overseas.

When to apply

Upcoming program deadlines and fees are broken down by term, country, and program. Be aware that passport and visa deadlines are separate official processes that USAC does not control, so visit the individual program pages for those details.
